Changing Shipping Address:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Order Cancellations:

Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centres, once you hit Pay Now, we’re unable to cancel your order.

However, if you wish to return the goods once they arrive, please send us an email with your order details and we can advise on the returns procedure.

Stolen Packages:

Please note, WRE is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Unclaimed Packages:

Any parcels unclaimed remain the customer's sole responsibility. We advise all customers to keep on top of their tracking details.

In the event that a parcel remains unclaimed, your package may be returned to us and can take between 6-12 weeks to arrive back with us. If and when your unclaimed parcel arrives, a new shipping fee will be charged for a re-delivery, OR a return admin fee of up to £10 from UK orders and £30 for international orders, will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We R Enough Apparel Limited ships all international orders via DPD, DHL, UPS or EVRI - handled by your local postal service.

Please be aware that orders shipped to some international countries may incur customs duties and taxes* which are required to be paid by the customer prior to final delivery.

If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

In the event that your order incurs customs duties and taxes, we are not responsible for any parcels that are not collected or claimed from your local customs office.

Any parcels unclaimed, is the customer's sole responsibility. Please refer to section above (Unclaimed Packages).
