Extended Holiday Return- Orders placed between 15th November 2023 until 24th December 2023 have an extended returns policy, and can be returned until 7th January 2024. EXCLUSIONS APPLY please see Non-refundable items below

Domestic Returns:

  • You have a 14-day window to initiate a return.

  • For your convenience, please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered to you, so you can be eligible for a full refund.

  • Beyond this 14-day period, while refunds won't be available, you can still enjoy the option of exchanges within a flexible 28-day timeframe.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Any items marked Last Chance, Final Sale or Black Friday Special are strictly non-returnable

  • Regular SALE items (eligible for exchange or store credit)
  • Low/Crossed Back Yoga Tops

  • Limited Edition items (eligible for exchange or store credit)

  • Bikinis (eligible for exchange or store credit)

IF A FINAL SALE/ LAST CHANCE OR BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL ITEM IS SENT BACK, IN AN ATTEMPT FOR A REFUND, THE ITEM WILL BE REJECTED AND SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER.

International Returns:

  • International returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties & taxes.

  • International returns are refunded in store credit.

How to Return:

  • Ensure items are in a resalable condition.

  • Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and free from wrinkles, animal/human hair, strong odours, and markings/stains.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items not in a resalable condition.

Return Processing Times:

  • Exchanges are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days.

  • We may refuse refunds or exchanges for items not in a resalable condition.

Shipping on Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We are not liable for damaged or lost items during the return transit.

  • Please use a Signed For Service for secure and timely returns.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after clicking "Pay Now" due to our efficient distribution centres.

*However, if you wish to return the goods once they arrive, please send us an email with your order details and we can advise on the returns procedure (above).

Returns and Refunds on Free Shipping:

If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and chooses to return an item, resulting in the total order amount falling below the free shipping threshold, the cost of the shipping that would have been applicable will be deducted from the refund amount.
